We are committed to making your care as simple and stress-free as possible. While we are out-of-network with dental PPO plans, this allows us to focus on providing personalized, high-quality care while keeping our fees competitive. Payment is due at the time of service, and we’re happy to provide all the necessary documentation to help you submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Many patients with PPO plans still receive benefits for out-of-network care. Please note that most DMO and HMO plans typically do not offer reimbursement for out-of-network services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider prior to your visit to better understand your specific coverage and eligibility.
